Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the work and output of the data engineering team
  • Develop an intuitive and interactive visualization dashboard
  • Monitor daily operation of IHU/mobile app, collect data & provide a report
  • Reviewing and provide input to the data engineering’s output including written work (documentation), project planning, technology selection, issue resolution and project delivery.
  • Provide technical and process rigour for the team.
  • Identify the core skillsets of the team and if needed propose additional or new skillsets required.
  • Engage in the delivery of data engineering assignments for clients involving, amongst others: overseeing and reviewing data preparation and data visualization.

 

Lead in the data engineering team for proposal development and submission
  • Assist in scoping and designing projects and solutions. Analyze user requirements and create high-level design documents from the business specification documents.
  • Identify the client- and server-side responsibilities of a solution and articulate the pros and cons of various solutions.
  • Documents and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code and comments.
  • Must be a good communicator. Able to articulate and document in English effectively.
  • Able to create, maintain and update the project timelines in an effective and timely manner. Must have demonstrated this in previous experience.
Support in Business Development
  • Participate in business development work efforts where needed attend client meetings, talks and events.

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or any related field.
  • At least 5-8 years working experience in software development, data engineering or related field.
  • Experience in using advanced tools such as SQL, Hadoop, PHP, AWS/Redshift, Azure or Java Script.
  • Have strong business acumen, as well as an ability to communicate findings, and able to convert business needs to technical requirements.
  • Have exceptional knowledge of computer science and applications, software development techniques and approaches.
  • Team player.
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm in IOT and automotive Industry
  • Knowledge / experience of working in a consultancy environment
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

Senior Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute procurement activities in accordance with ACO TECH Procurement Policy and Procedures.
  • Source for qualified vendors and contractors for supply of goods and services.
  • Prepare Request For Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request For Tender (RFT) and ensure submissions are according to requirements.
  • Negotiate for best price offer, payment terms and other relevant terms.
  • Prepare RFQ, RFP and RFT evaluation for approval.
  • Process approved Purchase Requisition and generate Purchase Order on timely manner with accuracy of items, price and delivery date before approval.
  • Follow up with vendors and contractors for timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Liase with China suppliers on shipping documentation and tax exemption.
  • Prepare procurement analysis and generate periodic procurement reports.
  • Prepare and manage contract agreement with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure the procurement documentations are complete and stored appropriately.
  • Perform periodic vendor evaluation and continuously monitor vendors performance.
  • Work with cross functional teams for procurement process improvement.
  • Lead special value-added programs conducted by the Company such as ISO 9001 and CMMI.
  • Handle all administrative, process and procedures related to procurement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree specialised in: Business / Management with relevant experience in Procurement of minimum 3 years.
  • Computer literate, analytical, cost conscious with high integrity.
  • Required languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge in procurement best practices.
  • Experience in ERP system
  • Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independantly and as part of a team. 

Product Verification Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with product owner, development teams and stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the product and testing objectives.
  • Defines and implements verification procedures based on product features, requirements, and failure points.
  • Participate in design review and ensure design requirements are testable.
  • Define test specifications covering low to complex system or integration functionalities.
  • Develop and document test plans, execute tests and generate reports.
  • Deploy end to end new product rollout plan by coordinating, assessing and communication across department.
  • Provide support to development team and stakeholder throughout the Product Life Cycle.
  • Ensure excellent product behavior and customer experience by handling complaints and feedback from all sources and periodically perform reviews, test on products and services, report findings to management and making recommendations for improvements as needed. 
Requirements:

Graphic Design Intern

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing objectives & key messages into effective creative visuals.
  • Strategize with the marketing team on latest marketing campaigns and ideas
  • Produce creative designs for brand identity design, marketing collateral, digital advertisement, web UI/UX design, mobile application interface design.  
  • Monitor design consistencies of ATL & BTL creatives: website, emails, social media posts, & other related platforms
