ACO Tech accelerates regional expansion through landmark partnership with Bridge Alliance and TMAP Mobility

Seoul, 11 April 2025 – ACO Tech has formalised a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) with Bridge Alliance, a global alliance of leading telecom operators headquartered in Singapore, and TMAP Mobility, the leading mobility platform provider in South Korea.

The unique partnership aims to leverage on the expertise and capabilities of all parties involved to enhance their respective platforms and make smart mobility solutions more accessible throughout more regional markets.

Bridge Alliance offers a globally recognised common IoT (Internet of Things) platform that has enabled mobility platform providers such as ACO Tech and TMAP Mobility to accelerate their efforts in expanding their connectivity products overseas while forging strategic partnerships with telecom operators in various countries.

As part of a shared vision to expand beyond traditional connectivity, ACO Tech will extend the right to participate in the integration of its smart mobility solutions to all 35 Bridge Alliance member operators. This will allow ACO Tech’s solutions to potentially reach up to 1 billion worldwide consumers within the Bridge Alliance footprint.

Meanwhile, ACO Tech and TMAP Mobility aim to collaboratively bolster their product offerings through this initiative by leveraging on ACO Tech’s expertise in vehicle cloud platforms and automotive operating systems (OS) alongside TMAP Mobility’s software-driven mobility solutions. These solutions seamlessly integrate TMAP’s in-vehicle infotainment service – including navigation, AI voice assistant, music streaming, and an app store – with its mobile ecosystems, serving over 24 million subscribers as of 2024.

Present for the MoC signing ceremony in Seoul, South Korea, were Li Pu, CEO of ACO Tech, Alan Yeo, Senior Vice President of Bridge Alliance, and Park Soha, Senior Vice President and Head of Data & Innovation of TMAP Mobility.

“The Memorandum of Collaboration with Bridge Alliance and TMAP Mobility represents a monumental step forward in ACO Tech’s ambitions to become a serious player in the regional smart mobility sector. We have come a long way from enabling Malaysia’s first connected car back in 2019, and I look forward to further enhancing our ecosystem and expanding our footprint with the support, influence, and expertise of Bridge Alliance and TMAP Mobility,” said Li.

The global influence of Bridge Alliance and proven track record of TMAP Mobility strengthens ACO Tech’s vast network of international partners, allowing ACO Tech to thoroughly enrich its own ATLAS (ACO Tech Local Automotive Services) ecosystem and ensure its solutions are readily adaptable to more export markets for the benefit of OEM clients and end users alike.

The immediate focus of all three parties will be the continued expansion of connected mobility services in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
